Refund and Termination Policy
Overview
Our refund and Termination policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once your refund request is received and evaluated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cancelation@haragurodesign.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party, upon notice in writing:
I) If the other party commits a material breach of any term of this Agreement that is not capable being remedied within fourteen (14) days or that should have been remedied within fourteen (14) days after a written request and was not;
II) If the other party becomes unable to perform its duties hereunder, including a duty to pay or a duty to perform;
III) If the other party or employees engage in any conduct prejudicial to the business of the other, or in the event that either the party considers that a conflict or potential conflict of interest has arisen between the parties.
This Agreement may be terminated by Haraguro Design if the client fails to pay within seven (7) days after the date they are due. Haraguro Design may terminate the Agreement immediately, with no notice period, in writing.
If this Agreement is terminated before the expiration of its natural term, Client herby agrees to pay for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.
